"Low-Sugar" Dark Chocolate Bar

A dark chocolate bar is described as “low in sugar."
Even if there were a definition and an authorized labeling claim for “low in sugar” (there isn’t), it probably wouldn’t apply to a product that contains 12 g sugars (about 3 teaspoons) per reference serving of 40 g (required serving size for labeling the nutrition of a candy bar). Just because something has less sugar than another product does not make it (or qualify for a claim stating) “low in" that nutrient.
