A “top” online health and nutrition information platform says nectarines are “a good source of B vitamins, potassium and vitamin E”…
Most fruit, including nectarines, is not a good source of B vitamins. Nectarines are just barely a good source of one B vitamin – folate. It is not a good source of either potassium or vitamin E (which is fat soluble; fruit is very low in fat, so it is rare for fruit to contain much vitamin E).
To be a “good source” of a nutrient, one FDA-defined serving of the food must contain at least 10% of the Daily Value for that nutrient.
