Claims for veggie chips containing bone broth

The website for a line of veggie chips that contain bone broth claims the products are rich in vitamins and minerals, and provide other “benefits”...

The product website (all are considered a form of labeling, which is regulated) does not show any nutrition information about the products, so no claims about nutrients (vitamins, minerals, etc.) can be made there. Substantiation via data for the nutrients per serving, and compliance with the criteria for what makes a food product “rich in” a nutrient, are required. In this situation, no health claims can be made either, although they are.
