A flavored carbonated water containing camu camu is labeled with claims that it can fight inflammation and elevated blood pressure, regulate blood sugar, etc.

Any claim that a food or beverage product can treat or cure a disease is prohibited in labeling, whether on the package, on the internet or in any form of marketing. Additionally, this product shows the Nutrition Facts in a non-compliant format on the company's website (and on Amazon); it doesn't include all required formatting, nutrients, etc., and it shows the per-serving amount of camu camu, which is not a nutrient and does not belong on the Nutrition Facts panel.
