Health Benefits of Pasta?

An online health article extols upon the inflammation/insulin/heart benefits of antioxidants in pasta.
Pasta is generally made from wheat flour (usually refined), which contains no vitamin C, vitamin A or vitamin E (maybe a small amount of E in whole wheat pasta). The only other “antioxidant” that would show on a Nutrition Facts label (but would need to be put there in order to make an antioxidant claim) is selenium, which is found in many grains, and not just when made into pasta. The article also praises whole-grain pasta, but shows a photo of pasta made from refined flour instead. Ooops.
